Seagull Staff

Hi Folks:

August just got started and here we are at the end. I feel like I missed something. I could have been asleep like Rip Vanwinkel but don't think that was it. They say,"time flys when we're having fun" so we must be having fun.

With things going on here as they are, it reminds me of the man who dashed into the drug store and asked the druggist for something to stop the hiccups. The druggest filled a glass of water and threw the water in the mans face. "Why did you do that ?" " Well you don't have the hiccups any more, do you?" " No!" the man yelled. " But my wife out in the car still does!"

Sometimes its best if we wait and listen to the whole story. I'm sure the druggest felt bad and had a couple words to say like, " I'm sorry."
Waiting to get the whole story on the spa has been hard for me and I keep waiting for the story to end. All the paper work is done. The county and state have approved the plans. I have called and the Division V. P. Dick Leiter has call but the dude that is to do the work won't tell the rest of the story. It's wait, wait and as my daddy said, "Wait is what broke the wagon down." So this isn"t the whole story but it is all the story that I have.

I feel like ,WHAT A WASTE.....

The new homes were to be started on setup on the 15th but just like the spa the county held up the permit on one of the homes and then the quality control manager went on vacation so we WAIT until the vacation is over.

WHAT A WASTE!!!!!

When the homes get far enough along we will have open house in each one so you will have an idea how the new homes are coming out.

I've notice lately, that when residence are coming into the clubhouse, There are some that do not lock the door behind them. It's your clubhouse, protect it. Enjoy! Chet & Vera
